The rates listed above include design services and print coordination. Cost of printing will be added to the appropriate invoice and will vary on a project-to-project basis. Need something a little different? All packages can be tailored to your perfect fit. Please reach out with any questions!

Process

1. Ideation

Tell me about your big day! After booking, I’ll send over a more in-depth questionnaire.

We’ll dive into all the details of your wedding and nail down an artwork timeline.

At this time, I will also have complimentary paper samples sent to you. :)

2. Sketching

Now begins the fun! You sit back and relax, I’ll get to sketching. During this phase I will share:

  • Pencil sketches + layout

  • Color Palette

  • Measurements + format

  • Printing options

After presenting sketches, we’ll discuss feedback.

3. Final Artwork

This is where the real magic happens! Once we’ve ironed out the details I’ll get to designing the final artwork.

While designs are usually pretty complete at this point, you’ll have one additional round of edits so we can replace filler copy with wedding details or other minor adjustments

4. Printing

As part of each package, I offer print coordination. After you have approved designs, quantities, and materials, I’ll place a print order. Cost of printing is billed to the client prior to ordering. Materials will all be shipped directly to you.

If you would prefer to work with a printer of your choosing, I can provide print-ready files.

+ How much does printing cost?

This is a case-by-case scenario! Factors that will effect pricing include quantity, complexity, turnaround time, materials, and print vendor.

For a 120 person wedding, couples can expect to spend $600+ on professional printing for a full stationery suite (ie: the traditional package).

+ How much stationery do I need to order?

General rule of thumb is to order 10% more than you need. Guest lists often change during the planning process, sometimes an invite goes MIA in the mail, and you (or your mother!) might want a copy of your stationary as a keepsake! It's more time + cost effecient to have extra prints on hand to save you from the heachache of re-ordering later w/o bulk pricing!

Count the addresses on your guest list and plan to order 10% more.

If you would like me to handle print coordination, I will send complimentary paper samples, so you know what to expect! :)

I print with a professional online printing service who prints wedding stationery regularly. They do not offer proofs, but if you would like to see proofs we can discuss a small quantity order.

If you would prefer to work with a printer of your choosing, I can provide print-ready files.

+ Can I use the artwork on my wedding website?

Absolutely! For an additional fee I am more than happy to separate + save individual artwork elements as web files for you to incorporate into your wedding website. Please contact me for more info.
